The Quest For Quality Award is recognized as one of the transportation industry’s most prestigious, its winners determined through a comprehensive survey of Logistics Management's readers. The survey requests shippers to rate air freight forwarders they use on a regular basis in the five categories below:

(3) Information technology
(4) Customer service
(5) Equipment and Operations

Based on these criteria, Lynden International received the highest score in this year's Quest For Quality Value category.
